See also https://github.com/matteocontrini/comuni-json for the file usa il file comuni.json per confrontare i CAP salvati a DB con quelli del file: se ve ne sono di differenti, vengono impostati per essere inseriti a DB. Viene creata una migration contenente tutti i cap da inserire (se presenti).
